Cut fabric: 50 x 130 cm.
First finish the edges of the tissue with zigzag stitch not to remove it, bend approx. 1.5 cm. the short sides of the fabric (cm ones. 50) to make a small Piégon, taking care to press them well and sew.
At this point we need to lay the tissue from the side vertically with the press, fold down the top of approx. 53 cm. and secure with pins. After even fold up the bottom of approx. 32 cm. (I have to first put the safety padding inside to see exactly what this side bend), secure with pins and sew the two sides open. 
Remember to include the label on the left side, putting it on the contrary with the initial letter or symbol facing up and secure with a pin.

Ah, I forgot to play a little 'with the colors I sewed the lining around the dark green wire an edge of 2 cm. It looks like this without closing the back seam.
